目的:观察偏振光照射星状神经节联合牵引治疗交感型颈椎病疗效.方法:120例交感型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例),治疗组采用偏振光照射星状神经节联合牵引治疗,对照组采用牵引治疗.结果:治愈率治疗组为43.33%,对照组为26.67%;显效率治疗组为36.67%,对照组为30.00%;总有效率治疗组为96.67%,对照组为90.00%;差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论:偏振光照射星状神经节联合牵引治疗交感型颈椎病优于单纯牵引治疗.

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of polarized light to stellate ganglion combined with traction to treat sympathetic cervical spondylosis. Methods:120 patients with sympathetic cer-vical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cas-es). The method was polarized light to stellate ganglion combined with traction in treatment group and traction in control group. Results: The recovery rate was 43.33% in treatment group and 26.67%in control group;the marked effect rate was 36.67%in treatment group and 30.00%in con-trol group;the total effect rate was 96.67%in treatment group and 90.00%in control group. The dif-ferences all had significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of polarized light to stellate gan-glion combine traction is better than that of traction.
