目的:评价综合康复训练治疗脊髓损伤后泌尿系感染的疗效.方法:30例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,两组采用抗生素治疗,治疗组同时进行综合康复训练,评价患者治疗后的疗效.结果:治疗组显效8例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率91.67%,疗效优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:综合康复训练对脊髓损伤后泌尿系感染有着较好的疗效.
목적:평개종합강복훈련치료척수손상후비뇨계감염적료효.방법:30례환자수궤분성치료조화대조조,량조채용항생소치료,치료조동시진행종합강복훈련,평개환자치료후적료효.결과:치료조현효8례,유효3례,무효1례,총유효솔91.67%,료효우우대조조(P<0.05).결론:종합강복훈련대척수손상후비뇨계감염유착교호적료효.
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitation training treats uri-nary infection after spinal cord injury. Methods:30 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both of them were used antibiotic, while treatment group were proceeded comprehensive rehabilitation training at the same time. Patients were evaluated the efficacy after the treatment. Results:8 cases in treatment group were marked effect, 3 cases were effective, 1 case was invalid. The total effective rate was 91.67%. The efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:It has preferable efficacy about comprehensive rehabili-tation training treats urinary infection after spinal cord injury.
