目的:观察五行音乐配合八段锦治疗脑卒中后抑郁症(PSD)的疗效.方法:将80例脑卒中后抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,治疗组予五行音乐配合八段锦治疗,对照组予氟西汀胶囊(百忧解)治疗.治疗前后均采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对患者进行评定,比较两组的疗效.结果:两组治疗1个月后和治疗2个月后,HAMD评分均有显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗2个月后的HAMD评分治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:五行音乐配合八段锦治疗脑卒中后抑郁症能明显改善患者的抑郁症状,而且能促进神经功能的康复.

목적:관찰오행음악배합팔단금치료뇌졸중후억욱증(PSD)적료효.방법:장80례뇌졸중후억욱증환자수궤분위치료조40례화대조조40례,치료조여오행음악배합팔단금치료,대조조여불서정효낭(백우해)치료.치료전후균채용한밀이돈억욱량표(HAMD)대환자진행평정,비교량조적료효.결과:량조치료1개월후화치료2개월후,HAMD평분균유현저하강(P<0.05,P<0.01);치료2개월후적HAMD평분치료조저우대조조(P<0.05).결론:오행음악배합팔단금치료뇌졸중후억욱증능명현개선환자적억욱증상,이차능촉진신경공능적강복.
@@@@Objective:To observe the efficacy of the five elements of music cooperated with Bad-uanjin in the treatment of post-stroke depression (PSD). Methods:80 patients with PSD were ran-domly divided into treatment group (n=40) and control group (n=40). Treatment group was treated by the five elements of music cooperated with Baduanjin, and control group was treated by the Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Capsules (Prozac). All of them were evaluated the efficacy by Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) before and after treatment. Results:For 1 month and 2 months after treatment, the scores of HAMD of two groups were declined significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01). For 2 months after treatment, the score of HAMD in treatment group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The five elements of music cooperated with Baduanjin can obviously im-prove the depressive symptoms of patients, and promote the the recovery of neural function.
