目的:通过中药熏蒸配合介质推拿观察治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效和探讨其作用机制.方法:应用中药熏蒸配合介质推拿为治疗膝关节骨性关节炎之手段.结果:随访7~18个月,平均12个月,治愈34例,显效17例,好转10例,无效2例,总有效率占96.9%.结论:中药熏蒸配合介质推拿临床效果满意,治疗方法“简、便、廉”,作用机制为温通经络,滑利关节,行气止痛.

Objective:To observe the efficacy and mode of action about using herbal fumigation combining medium massage to treat knee osteoarthritis. Methods:Used herbal fumigation combin-ing medium massage to treat knee osteoarthritis. Results:Follow-up visited 7 to 18 months, average 12 months, 34 cases were cured, 17 cases were marked effect, 10 cases were improved, 2 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 96.9%. Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of herbal fumiga-tion combining medium massage is contentment. The method of treatment is“simple, convenient, low-priced”. The mode of action is to soothe the muscular region and dredge collaterals, slide bene-fit to joint, promote vital energy circulate to relieve pain.
