目的:分析我单位在2011年一年中门诊抗生素的不合理应用情况,从而对其进一步改进,促进临床正确、合理用药.方法:选择2011年1月~2011年12月期间以随机方式抽取我单位门诊中1742张处方,分析其中抗生素处方的不合理使用情况.结果:在随机抽取的1742张处方中,抗生素处方有1126张,占查抽门诊处方的64.64%,其中197张为抗生素不合理使用处方,占抗生素处方的17.5%,不合理情况主要表现在给药途径、药物联合应用、剂量使用、用药针对性差、给药时间几个方面.结论:我单位使用抗生素不合理现象比较常见,通过对抗生素不合理应用的临床分析,能进一步促使其改进,从而提高抗生素使用的有效性及安全性.

Objective:To analysis the irrational application of antibiotics in clinic in 2011, fur-ther improve it and promote clinical apply medicine correctly and reasonably. Methods:Randomly selected 1742 pieces of prescriptions from January 2011 to December 2011 in our department and analyzed the irrational application of antibiotics. Results:There were 1126 antibiotics prescriptions which occupied 64.64%of clinic prescriptions checked. 197 antibiotics prescriptions were not rea-sonable use which occupied 17.5%of antibiotics prescriptions. Unreasonable situation mainly dis-played following aspects:the route of administration, drug combination application, dose use, medi-cations targeted bad and administration time. Conclusion:It was a quite common phenomenon of us-ing antibiotics unreasonable in my department. Through to the clinical analysis of irrational use of antibiotics, we can further promote the improvement, so as to improve the effectiveness and safety of using antibiotic.
