目的:了解广州市城乡结合部老年人慢性病患病情况及相关影响因素.方法:采用自编问卷和现场体格检查的方法对广州市黄埔区南岗街地区1000名60岁以上的老年居民进行慢性病患病现状及患病危险因素调查,并对相关数据进行统计分析.结果:老年人慢性病患病率为68.2%;影响慢性病发生发展的因素主要有不合理饮食、肥胖、高血压、高血脂、高血糖;所患慢性病前四位依次为高脂血症、高血压、糖尿病、冠心病.结论:老年人慢性病患病率高,同时慢性病也是危害老年人健康的主要问题.

Objective:To study the situation and related factors of elderly suffering from chronic disease in rural-urban continuum of Guangzhou. Methods: Used the self-made questionnaire and spot physical examination, investigated 1000 sixty years old residents who had chronic disease in Nangang, Huangpu district, and proceeded statistical analysis for the relevant data. Results: The morbidity of chronic disease was 68.2%. The factors that influence the occurrence and development of chronic disease are as flower:unreasonable diet, fat, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hypergly-cemia. The first four of chronic disease are hyperlipidemia, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and cor-onary disease. Conclusion: The morbidity of elderly chronic disease is high. Meanwhile, chronic disease is the main problem to harm elderly healthy.
