近年来,社区康复的建设和发展较快,随着我国进入老龄化社会,由慢性疾病损伤造成残疾的人数与日俱增,残疾人的康复是亟待解决的问题.由于我国国情和康复医学特点所限,大型医院只能解决残疾人的初步康复问题,多数基础康复工作需要在残疾人所在社区,利用当地资源进行.因此,如何建设好社区康复工程是目前康复医学必须面对和思考的重要课题之一.

In recent years, the construction and development of community rehabilitation is fast. Along with our country entering an aging society, number of people who caused disability by Chronic disease damage grows with each passing day. Rehabilitation of disabled persons is the ur-gent problem to be solved. Due to the limit of the national conditions and characteristics of rehabili-tation medicine, large hospitals only can solve the disabled preliminary recovery problem, most ba-sic rehabilitation work need to be proceeded by using local resources in community. Therefore, how to build community rehabilitation project is the most important topic that rehabilitation medicine must confront and reflect.
