目的:观察参附注射液对心功能的改善和室壁瘤的形成的作用和影响.方法:60例急性心肌梗塞患者随机分为两组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用参附注射液,观察两组患者心功能的改善情况和室壁瘤的发生率.结果:两组的AST、LDH、CK-MB、LVEF均有所改善,但治疗组的改善程度更明显;治疗组室壁瘤发生率为16.67%,对照组室壁瘤发生率为36.67%,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:参附注射液能有效地改善心功能,降低室壁瘤的发生率,值得临床推广应用.

Objective:To observe the effect and influence of Shenfu injection in improving the cardiac function and the formation of ventricular aneurysm. Methods: 60 patients with ventricular aneurysm were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group was treated by conventional western medicine therapy, and treatment group was added Shenfu injection on the basis of control group. The improvement of cardiac function and the occurrence rate of ventricular aneurysm were observed. Results:AST, LDH, CK-MB, LVEF in two groups had all improved, but the degree of improvement was more obvious in treatment group;the occurrence rate of ventricular aneurysm in treatment group was 16.67%, while that was 36.67%in control group, the rate of treat-ment group was obviously lower than that of control group. Conclusion:Shenfu injection can effec-tive improve the cardiac function, and reduce the occurrence rate of ventricular aneurysm. It is wor-thy of popularization and application in clinic.
