目的:探讨推拿配合中药热敷治疗肩周炎的临床效果.方法:纳入116例肩周炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各58例,对照组采取推拿手法治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药热敷,两组治疗1个月后进行疗效比较.结果:治疗组总有效率为91.4%,对照组总有效率为75.9%,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组治疗后肩功能评分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),提示治疗组肩功能改善优于对照组.结论:推拿联合中药热敷治疗肩周炎疗效确切,能较好改善肩功能,取得满意效果.

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of massage cooperated with Chinese medi-cine fomentation in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods:116 patients with scapulo-humeral periarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 58 cases. Control group was used massage technique;on the basis of control group, treatment group was added Chinese medicine fomentation. Two groups were compared the efficacy after 1 month of treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 91.4% in treatment group and 75.9% in control group. The comparison of two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment, the com-parison of the score of shoulder function between two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), and it prompted that the improvement of shoulder function in treatment group was superior to con-trol group. Conclusion:The efficacy of massage cooperated with Chinese medicine fomentation in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis has definite effect, and it can improve the shoulder func-tion well and obtain a satisfied effect.
