目的:探讨腹部按摩配合穴位贴敷预防中风患者便秘的疗效.方法:将236例中风(包括缺血性中风和出血性中风)患者随机分为对照组和干预组.对照组通过调整饮食结构及服用通便药物治疗,干预组采用腹部按摩后配合穴位贴敷以预防中风患者发生便秘.结果:经过3个疗程的治疗后,干预组的总有效率为93.28%,对照组的总有效率为86.33%,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:腹部按摩配合穴位贴敷预防中风患者便秘疗效好,无不良反应,值得临床推广和应用.
목적:탐토복부안마배합혈위첩부예방중풍환자편비적료효.방법:장236례중풍(포괄결혈성중풍화출혈성중풍)환자수궤분위대조조화간예조.대조조통과조정음식결구급복용통편약물치료,간예조채용복부안마후배합혈위첩부이예방중풍환자발생편비.결과:경과3개료정적치료후,간예조적총유효솔위93.28%,대조조적총유효솔위86.33%,비교유현저성차이(P<0.05).결론:복부안마배합혈위첩부예방중풍환자편비료효호,무불량반응,치득림상추엄화응용.
Objective: To discuss the efficacy of abdominal massage and acupoint mounting method in preventing constipation of stroke patient. Methods: 236 stroke patients (including isch-emic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke) were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. Control group prevented constipation by adjusting dietary structure and taking laxatives, while intervention group prevented constipation by abdominal massage and acupoint mounting method. Results:After 3 courses of treatment, the effective rate was 93.28%in intervention group and 86.33%in control group. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:Ab-dominal massage and acupoint mounting method in preventing constipation of stroke patient has a good efficacy and no untoward effect. It is worthy of promotion and application.
