目的:探讨小针刀配合龙氏手法治疗老年性脊柱侧弯的临床疗效.方法:对200例脊柱侧弯的老年患者施以小针刀和龙氏手法治疗.结果:痊愈70例,显效60例,好转40例,无效30例,总有效率85.0%.结论:小针刀配合龙氏手法治疗老年性脊柱侧弯疗效显著,值得推广.

Objective:To discuss the efficacy of small needle-knife cooperated with Long’s tech-nique in treatment of elderly patients’scoliosis. Methods:200 elderly patients with scoliosis were treated by small needle-knife cooperated with Long’s technique. Results:70 cases were cured, 60 cases had marked effect, 40 cases were improved, and 30 cases were invalid. The total effective rate was 85.0%. Conclusion:The efficacy of small needle-knife cooperated with Long’s technique in treatment of elderly patients’scoliosis is effective, and this method is worthy of popularization.
