目的:探讨经皮激光椎间盘减压术(PLDD)联合臭氧消融治疗腰椎病的护理效果.方法:采用经皮穿刺激光汽化减压术联合臭氧消融术治疗50例腰椎间盘突出症并结合心理护理、饮食护理及功能锻炼等措施.结果:50例患者均顺利度过围手术期,疗效明显,术后无一例出现并发症.结论:高度重视PLDD联合臭氧消融治疗的护理工作是手术顺利进行、并发症减少、手术成功的重要保证.术后密切观察患者病情,加强体位、饮食、功能锻炼等指导,能使患者早日康复.

Objective:To explore the nursing efficacy of percutaneous laser disc decompression (PLDD) united with ozone ablation in treatment of lumbar disc herniation (HLD). Methods: 50 HLD patients who were treated by percutaneous laser disc decompression united with ozone abla-tion were adopted mental nursing, diet nursing and functional training, etc. Results: 50 patients were all well pass the perioperation, the efficacy was evident. There was none complication after op-eration. Conclusion:Highly paying attention to the nursing works is an important guarantee that the operation can go on wheels, the complications can reduce and the operation can successful. Close observes patient condition, enhances the guidance of position, diet, functional training which can make patients recovery early.
