目的:探讨护理干预在89SrCl2联合云克治疗骨转移癌的重要作用.方法:运用心理干预、放射性防护指导、患者用药前后指导、合理处理患者分泌物等手段对50例89SrCl2联合云克治疗骨转移癌患者进行综合护理干预.结果:实施综合有效护理干预手段后,提高了患者综合疗效,降低了综合不良事件的发生.结论:综合护理干预措施在89SrCl2联合云克治疗骨转移癌中的作用非常重要,减轻了患者的心理负担,提高了临床疗效,有效避免了患者及操作者不必要的射线辐射,大大减少了放射物对环境及社会污染事件的发生.

Objective:To explore the important role of nursing intervention in 89SrCl2 combined with Technetium-99m methylene diphosphonate injection (Tc-MDP) in treatment of metastatic car-cinoma of bone. Methods:50 patients who were treated by 89SrCl2 combined with Tc-MDP were ad-opted nursing interventions about mental intervention, guidance of radioactive protection, guidance of medicine using, processing patients’secretion reasonable, etc. Results: After carrying out the comprehensive and effective nursing interventions, the comprehensive efficacy of patients was im-proved, and the occurrence of adverse events was reduced. Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing in-terventions play an important role in treating metastatic carcinoma of bone by 89SrCl2 combined with Tc-MDP, it can relieve the psychological burden of patient, improve the efficacy, effective avoid the radiation to patient and operator, and reduce occurrence of contamination to environment and society.
