目的:探讨脑出血病人的康复训练时机、方法、有效措施等,使脑出血病人得到较好的康复,提高生活质量.方法:对我院32例脑出血合并瘫痪病人康复训练的临床效果进行分析总结.结果:26例患者生活基本能自理,4例语言障碍改善,2例生活仍不能自理.结论:脑出血瘫痪病人康复训练时机选择较重要,同时行之有效的康复措施更重要.

목적:탐토뇌출혈병인적강복훈련시궤、방법、유효조시등,사뇌출혈병인득도교호적강복,제고생활질량.방법:대아원32례뇌출혈합병탄탄병인강복훈련적림상효과진행분석총결.결과:26례환자생활기본능자리,4례어언장애개선,2례생활잉불능자리.결론:뇌출혈탄탄병인강복훈련시궤선택교중요,동시행지유효적강복조시경중요.
Objective:To explore the rehabilitation training time, methods and effective interven-tions of cerebral hemorrhage patients, and make patients have a good rehabilitation and improve the quality of life. Methods:32 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and paralysis were selected to ana-lyze and summarize the rehabilitation training efficacy. Results: 26 cases could provide the basic life for them after the rehabilitation training, 4 cases’aphasis were improved, 2 case was not taking care of them. Conclusion:The time of rehabilitation is important for cerebral hemorrhage and paral-ysis patients, at the same time, the effective rehabilitation intervention is more important.
