工厂化育苗技术在桉树育苗中得到广泛应用,其组培苗的移栽、培育是工厂化育苗的关键技术之一,也是组培苗育苗成功的关键.本文对组培苗、移栽操作、苗期管理、出圃标准等方面进行了简述,为组培苗移栽育苗技术的应用提供参考.

Industrialized propagation techniques are widely used in production of Eucalyptus seedlings .Trans-planting and nurturing of tissue - cultured seedlings is one of the key technologies for larger scale industrial-ized propagation , as well as being an important tool in the mass propagation of selected , genetically superior clones . In this paper tissue - cultured seedlings , transplanting operations , nursery management and seedling standards were briefly reviewed , in order to provide a reference for application of transplanting and nurturing technologies for tissue - culture seedlings .
