山东省1966年“南茶北引”成功以来,1969-1983年为计划经济时期,当时商业部门按照国家绿茶标准样购销山东地产茶;1984年以后,实施家庭联产承包责任制,同时受全国名茶热的影响和受经济利益的驱动,地产名优茶由手工操作逐渐过渡到半机械半手工进行加工.但是由于茶叶分季节销售,产品质量很难统一,不利于山东茶叶可持续发展.因此提出了山东地产茶拼配技术探讨.
