发现学生二语习得中所遇到的种种负动机因素并加以规避,对实际教学很有促进作用.通过调查问卷分析,发现网络环境下非英语专业大学生在听力习得过程中遇到的负动机因素主要有九种,如良好的学习习惯尚未形成、同伴练习听力不积极等.对此,应采取加强教学环境建设、加强并优化教学管理、发挥教师新角色作用、选择适当教学内容、施行先进教学方法、加强学生指导等措施,以使学生尽快适应新的教学模式,提高听力教学的效果.

It is of great practical significance to locate the demotivating factors in students ’ lan-guage acquisition and then come up with effective countermeasures in the process of ESL teach -ing .This paper ,by means of a questionnaire ,discovers nine negative factors ,such as inefficient learning habits ,negative peer influence etc ,which passively influence the acquisition of listening skills by non_English majors under the Internet_based teaching model .Some countermeasures , such as building a facilitating teaching environment ,and strengthening and optimizing teaching management ,are proposed for students to adapt to a new teaching mode ,and for teachers to teach listening skills more effectively .
