目的:建立测定商陆中砷和汞含量的方法.方法:采用湿法消解-原子荧光光谱测定商陆中总砷、总汞的含量.结果:砷在2~20ng/ml 之间,汞在2~10ng/ml 之间有良好的线性关系,砷:I=61.9200C-7.3370,r=0.9996;汞:I=576.8484C+206.490;r=0.9971.总砷的平均回收率为98.8%,RSD 为1.23%,检出限为0.0680ng/ml.总汞的平均回收率为101.85%,RSD 为0.423%,检出限为0.135ng/ml.结论:本方法操作简便、测量准确,可作为中药商陆质量控制的方法.

Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous arsenic and mercury in Pokerry Root. Method:The content of arsenic and mercury by Digested-Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy.Result:The linear range of As was 2 ~20ng/ml (r =0.9996). The average recovery was 98.8% with RSD 1.23%.The linear range of Hg was 2~10ng/ml(r=0.9971).The average recovery was 101.85% with RSD 0.423%.Under the optimizd conditions,the detection limit was 0.0680ng/ml and 0.135ng/ml for As and Hg,respectively. Conclusion:The methods are stable and reliable which can be used in determination of arsenic and mercury in Pokeberry Root.
