    川芎嗪是伞形科植物川芎的生物碱,具有扩张血管、抑制血小板聚集、改善脑缺血状况等多种作用.目前,川芎嗪主要是以盐的形式存在的盐酸川芎嗪和磷酸川芎嗪.现将磷酸川芎嗪的制剂研究进行综述,以便提供参考.
    천궁진시산형과식물천궁적생물감,구유확장혈관、억제혈소판취집、개선뇌결혈상황등다충작용.목전,천궁진주요시이염적형식존재적염산천궁진화린산천궁진.현장린산천궁진적제제연구진행종술,이편제공삼고.
    Ligustrazine is alkaloids of umbrelliferae plant rhizoma ligustici, the function includes the dilation of blood vessels and inhibit platelet aggregation, improve cerebral ischemia and so on. Currently the ligustrazine mainly exists form includes ligustrazine hydrochloride and tetramethylpyrazine phosphate. In this paper overviewed on ligustrazine phosphate preparation, in order to provide the reference.
