目的:优选逍遥软胶囊中柴胡、当归、白术、薄荷的超临界 CO2提取工艺.方法:采用正交实验,以萃取浸膏得率为评价指标优选合理提取工艺.结果:超临界 CO2提取的最佳工艺为萃取压力23Mpa,萃取温度50℃,分离釜Ⅰ压力10Mpa,分离釜Ⅰ温度65℃.结论:SFE-CO2萃取法提取逍遥方中挥发性药材方法简便,提取效率高.

목적:우선소요연효낭중시호、당귀、백술、박하적초림계 CO2제취공예.방법:채용정교실험,이췌취침고득솔위평개지표우선합리제취공예.결과:초림계 CO2제취적최가공예위췌취압력23Mpa,췌취온도50℃,분리부Ⅰ압력10Mpa,분리부Ⅰ온도65℃.결론:SFE-CO2췌취법제취소요방중휘발성약재방법간편,제취효솔고.
Objective:To optimize supercritical CO2 extraction process of Xiaoyao soft capsules which consists of Radix Bupleuri, Angelica sinensis,Atractylodis macrocephala koidz,Mentha haplocalyx Briq,so as to achieve optimal extraction technique.Methods:Orthogonal experiment was used to optimize extraction process by using the extraction yield as appraising indexes. Results:The optimum extraction conditions is pressure(EP)=23MPa,temperature(ET)=50℃,isolatorⅠpressure(1P-Ⅰ)=10MPa,temperature(1T-Ⅰ)=65℃. Conclusion:It turned out to be a simple and highly efficient method.
