目的:优选温肾调经颗粒剂的最佳水提取工艺.方法:采用正交试验设计法,以干膏得率和阿魏酸含量为指标,确定药材细度、煎煮时间、加水量3个提取参数.结果:确定温肾调经颗粒剂的最佳水提取工艺为药材粉碎成粗颗粒,加水提取2次,第一次加10倍量水,提取2小时,第二次加8倍量水,提取1.5小时.结论:温肾调经颗粒剂的水提取工艺稳定,适合大生产需求.

목적:우선온신조경과립제적최가수제취공예.방법:채용정교시험설계법,이간고득솔화아위산함량위지표,학정약재세도、전자시간、가수량3개제취삼수.결과:학정온신조경과립제적최가수제취공예위약재분쇄성조과립,가수제취2차,제일차가10배량수,제취2소시,제이차가8배량수,제취1.5소시.결론:온신조경과립제적수제취공예은정,괄합대생산수구.
Objective:The best water extraction process of the preferred Wen Shen Tiao Jing Granule. Method:By using the orthogonal experiment,with dry extract yield and content of ferulic acid as the index, identifying the fineness of medicinal material,the decoction time and adding three extraction parameters of water. Results:The best method for water extraction process of the preferred Wen Shen Tiao Jing Granule is when the medicinal crashed to coarse particles, making water extracting for 2 times , first times with 10 times amount of water, extracting for 2 hours, second times with 8 times amount of water , extracting for 1.5 hours. Conclusion:The process of water extraction for the preferred Wen Shen Tiao Jing Granule is stable and suitable for large-scale production needs.
