目的:探讨胆管癌患者围手术期的整体护理效果.方法:选择2010年2月~2012年10月在我科收治的60例胆管癌实施手术治疗的患者,根据患者接受护理方式的不同,将其分为对照组和整体护理组.结果:两组患者治疗的总有效率无显著差异(P>0.05),但整体护理组患者的治疗显效率却明显优于常规护理组患者,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:加强围手术期的整体护理能有效缩短患者的恢复时间,提高胆管癌患者的治疗及护理质量.

Objective:To explore holistic nursing effect of patients undergoing cholangioarcinoma in the perioperative phase.Methods:Chose 60 patients received surgery to bile duct carcinoma at our department during Feb. 2010 to Oct. 2012,the patients were divided into holistic nursing group and control group according to different patterns of nursing.Results:The total effectiveness rate did not differ significantly between the two groups but the efficacy in the holistic nursing group was markedly superior to that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:Strengthening perioperative care can effectively shorten recovery duration in patients and enhance improvement of treatment and nursing quality.
