为减小某型遥控武器站连续射击时的炮口扰动,提高其射击精度,建立了一种遥控武器站动力学模型,对其缓冲器进行研究.按照炮身运动环4个阶段建立了运动微分方程得到炮身运动诸元以及缓冲簧的受力情况,并通过三维建模软件 SolidWorks 以及动力学分析软件 RecurDyn,在缓冲器不同刚度、阻尼和预压力等条件下,对遥控武器站进行了连续射击的动力学仿真.该研究获得了炮口振动特性曲线,掌握了缓冲器对武器站连续射击炮口扰动的影响规律.
為減小某型遙控武器站連續射擊時的砲口擾動,提高其射擊精度,建立瞭一種遙控武器站動力學模型,對其緩遲器進行研究.按照砲身運動環4箇階段建立瞭運動微分方程得到砲身運動諸元以及緩遲簧的受力情況,併通過三維建模軟件 SolidWorks 以及動力學分析軟件 RecurDyn,在緩遲器不同剛度、阻尼和預壓力等條件下,對遙控武器站進行瞭連續射擊的動力學倣真.該研究穫得瞭砲口振動特性麯線,掌握瞭緩遲器對武器站連續射擊砲口擾動的影響規律.

To reduce the muzzle disturbance of certain type remote weapon station when it continuous shooting and to improve the shooting accuracy, establish a dynamic model of the remote control weapon station and research its buffer. According to the four stages of the gun barrel movement, differential equations of motion for the gun barrel and buffer spring is establish, and use the 3D modeling software SolidWorks and dynamic analysis software RecurDyn to simulation the continuous shooting conditions in different stiffness, damping and pre-pressure of the buffer. Get the weapon muzzle vibration characteristic curve, and find out the influence of buffers on the weapon station.
