针对传统的装备保障理论难以适应信息化战争的问题,提出基于精确理念的装备保障转型建设思路.在分析装备精确保障内涵的基础上,将基于精确理念的装备保障转型建设的过程分为观念转型、体制转型和运行方式转型3个阶段,并阐述了3个阶段的主要内容和转型建设的基本方法.该研究可为装备精确保障转型建设提供参考.

Aiming at the problems of traditional equipment support theory difficult to adapt to informatization war, a construction thinking of equipment support transformation based on the idea of precision is presented. On the basis of the analysis of the connotation about precision equipment support, the process of equipment support transformation construction based on the idea of precision is divided into three parts, including idea transformation, system transformation, and operational mode transformation. The main contents of the three parts and the basic methods of the transformation construction are explained. This research can provide active reference for the construction of precision equipment support transformation.
