针对目前装备保障中存在的保障手段单一、专家资源有限和维修保障经验不能共享等问题,提出一种装备保障远程技术支援系统.以“客户关系管理”为系统设计理念,提出系统的定位、功能、组成、支援请求的处理流程和主要技术支撑.系统的建成可满足一线装备保障部队对技术支援的需求,充分利用和共享保障资源,提高保障效率,降低保障费用.
針對目前裝備保障中存在的保障手段單一、專傢資源有限和維脩保障經驗不能共享等問題,提齣一種裝備保障遠程技術支援繫統.以“客戶關繫管理”為繫統設計理唸,提齣繫統的定位、功能、組成、支援請求的處理流程和主要技術支撐.繫統的建成可滿足一線裝備保障部隊對技術支援的需求,充分利用和共享保障資源,提高保障效率,降低保障費用.

Remote technical support system is designed to solve problems for equipment maintenance, such as lack of means, limited professional resources and maintenance experience can not be shared. Based on the design idea of“Customer Relationship Management”, orientation, function, components and process of support request are presented. The main technical means are listed. The system can meet the needs in technical support for equipment maintenance personnel. Support resources can be utilized and shared fully to improve efficiency and reduce costs for maintenance.
