为提高动态风洞试验的质量和效率,研制了某新型自由度动态试验装置控制系统.该系统由运动控制単器、伺服驱动器、上位计算机等组成,主要用于控制平行四边形机构作正弦振荡运动.基于Galil运动控制器,完成了控制系统硬件选型和软件设计.系统研制成功后已应用于多项型号试验,结果表明:系统达到了控制精度要求,在试验效率方面有较大提高.

In order to improve the quality and efficiency of dynamic test in wind tunnel, control system of a new single-degree-freedom forced oscillation dynamic test system has been developed. The control system which consists of motion controller, servo amplifier, host computer etc, is used mainly to drive a parallelogram mechanism. Based on the Galil motion controller, hardware selection and software design are finished. Its application in the wind tunnel tests shows that the control precision can meet the system requirement, and the operating efficiency has been evidently enhanced.
