为改善点传火的同时性、一致性,降低压力波,提高点传火系统的安全性,设计一种点传火模拟装置.用带有硝基软片管的药管结构替代传统的药包形式,进行点传火模拟试验,并对提出的3种试验方案进行模拟、讨论.实验结果表明:带有硝基软片管的药管结构能缩短轴向传火时间,维持较高压力,降低压力波,提高点传火一致性和发射装药点传火系统的安全性.

In order to increase the simultaneity and consistency of ignition, and reduce pressure wave in chamber, a simulative device for ignition and flame spreading test was designed, which could improve safety of ignition and flame spreading system. Use igniter celluloid tube to replace traditional igniter bag. The 3 test schemes were simulated and discussed. The results show that not only the fire propagation time was shorten, but also the pressure wave was reduced when loading ignition with celluloid tube. It could improve safety of ignition and flame spreading system in propellant charge with igniter celluloid tube.
