在我国近年来举办的一些大型赛会活动过程中,诞生了城市志愿服务站点这一志愿服务形式和载体,在赛会结束之后面临着成果转化和后续发展的问题.2010年亚运会结束后,广州市将站点更名为志愿驿站并常态化运行,其中越秀区在志愿者招募工作上进行积极创新,其经验值得深入调研、分析和总结推广.此外,可以通过城市志愿服务站点招募工作,构建学生志愿服务生涯对接平台和机制,使志愿组织实现人力资源的持续发展.
