Chinese Wushu Sanda compared with the United States fighting, on the technical skills, they are not comparable, but have some differences in the aspect of against fighting. The reasons mainly have relations with regional culture. Refering to the literature data, the study compares the characteristics of Eastern and Western cultures, and weaknesses in the actual training, drawing on the experience and advantages of the skills and tactics of fighting sports in the United States, to promote the development of Chinese Wushu Sanda.
