The paper adopts literature, questionnaire survey, the number of statistical analysis and other methods to do the survey of the age, education, learning origin structure, professional and technical level, title, judgment ability, research capacity development status of Wushu coaches in colleges and universities of Guizhou, analyzes specific factors affecting the development of Guizhou college Wushu coaches and intervention strategies designed to provide some references for Wushu development in universities of Guizhou.
