小组工作是社会工作的主要方法之一.以内蒙古工业大学的30名学生作为研究对象,其中15名作为控制组,对另外15名进行提高个人评价的为期6次的小组工作,使用个人评价量表得分作为衡量变化的标准.对比实验组和控制组得分,结果显示小组工作在改善大学新生的个人评价方面有积极的作用.

Group work is one of the main methods of social work.30 students who from the Inner Mongolia University of Technology partici-pated in the study.And 15 of them are in the control group, the other 15 is in experimental group .The experimental group Participates in the ex-ercises which purpose is to improve the personal evaluation six times. Personal Evaluation Inventory is used to measure the degree of change. The results shows that there is positive effect in improving the freshmen's personal evaluation.
