本文通过对我校现有课堂教学质量评价体系的深入研究,并结合教学管理的实践,初步形成具有我校特色的、以学生为主体、以学院和督导组为有效补充的教学质量评价体系,充分发挥学生的主动性作用,通过及时有效的信息反馈机制,稳步提升我校教师的整体教学水平.

Based on thorough research on the existing classroom teaching quality evaluation system in Changchun University , this arti-cle, combining with the practice of teaching management , establishes a teaching quality evaluation system with the characteristics of our university, which takes students as the main body , supervision group as the effective supplementary , and gives full play to students'ini-tiative role, Through the timely and effective information feedback mechanism , our teachers'overall teaching level has improved steadi-ly.
