基准电压源是集成电路的一个非常重要的组成单元,在数模转换器和模数转换器以及各种无线通信产品中,基准电压源是一个必不可少的组成部分,它对整个电路的性能和精度起到了至关重要的作用,可以说基准电压源的性能好坏就是整个电路性能的好坏.而衡量基准电压源性能好坏最重要的指标就是温度系数,温度系数越低则性能越好.文中主要介绍了现在比较流行的几类基准电压源的工作原理,并分析了各自的优缺点,并得出结论只有带隙基准电压源所需工作电压低,制作工艺不复杂,最容易实现.

The reference voltage source is a very important composition unit of integrated circuit. The reference voltage source is an indispensable part in D/A converter and A/D converter and all kinds of wireless communication products.It is important of the circuit performance and accuracy. We can say the voltage source performance related to the whole circuit performance is good or bad. The most important index constant reference voltage source performance is the temperature coefficient. The temperature coefficient is as low as important. This paper mainly introduces the working principle of some kinds of popular reference voltage sources and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. The conclusion is bandgap voltage reference source required working voltage minimum. Its production process is not complicated and the most easy to implement .
