YC-1辣椒是以Y150-1-1为母本,PBC065为父本配制的杂交一代组合.母本 Y150-1-1为2006年从海南三亚引进的尖椒品种,经多代自交选育的优良自交系;父本PBC065为2006年从亚蔬中心引进的线椒品种,经多代自交定向选育的优良自交系,抗辣椒疫病(Phytophthora capsici Leon.).2010年配制组合,2011-2012年进行农艺性状及抗病性鉴定.该组合全生育期105 d;株高65 cm,株幅60 cm;果长20 cm,果肩宽1.6 cm,果肉厚0.2 cm;单株平均结果数58个,单果质量17.5 g;果实微弯,商品果深绿色,成熟果鲜红色;每667 m2鲜椒产量2560 kg;抗辣椒疫病,病情指数为13.5.

YC-1 was bred by taking Y150-1-1 as female parent and PBC065 as male parent. The inbred line Y150-1-1 was introduced from Sanya in 2006 after several generations of self-cross. The inbred line PBC065 was a line pepper cultivar introduced from Asian Vegetable Center in 2006 after several generations of self-cross with directional selection, and it was resistant to Phytophthora capsici Leon. The combination was prepared in 2010, and the agronomic traits and resistance were identified in 2011 to 2012. YC-1's whole growth period was 105 days, and its plant height was 65 cm, with the plant width of 60 cm, fruit length of 20 cm, fruit shoulder width of 1.6 cm, flesh thickness of 0.2 cm. Its average fruit number of a single plant was 58, with the single fruit weight of 17.5 g, and the yield of fresh pepper was 2 560 kg/667 m2. The fruits were slightly curved, and the commercial fruits were dark green, while the mature fruits were red. It was resistant to P. capsici Leon., with the disease index (DI) of 13.5.
