以进口强力50甘蓝为对照,对自主选育的3个早秋甘蓝品种(早秋一号、早秋七号、中y),通过人工气候培养箱高温模拟培养,观察各品种的外观热害指数,同时测定各材料叶片脯氨酸含量和电解质渗透率.通过耐热性的初步综合鉴定,结果表明,自主选育的早秋一号甘蓝新品种抗热稳定性较好.
以進口彊力50甘藍為對照,對自主選育的3箇早鞦甘藍品種(早鞦一號、早鞦七號、中y),通過人工氣候培養箱高溫模擬培養,觀察各品種的外觀熱害指數,同時測定各材料葉片脯氨痠含量和電解質滲透率.通過耐熱性的初步綜閤鑒定,結果錶明,自主選育的早鞦一號甘藍新品種抗熱穩定性較好.

Taking the introduced cabbage cultivar Qiangli 50 as control, we cultivated three early autumn cabbage cultivars Zaoqiu No.1, Zaoqiu No.7 and Zhong-y under the high temperature condition in the artificial climate incubator, and then recorded their heat injury indexes, at the same time, we determined the materials' proline content and electrolyte permeability. The results showed that the new cabbage cultivar Zaoqiu No.1 possessed stable heat resistance.
