以无刺黄瓜玛利亚、有刺黄瓜康利16和康利19为材料,在黄瓜生长20 d时调查每个处理的黄瓜下胚轴长度、第一节间长度、茎粗、子叶和真叶的长度和宽度,以研究不同浓度的植物生长调节剂多效唑、矮壮素、小胖墩、PBO对黄瓜苗期生长的影响.试验结果表明,在本试验条件下,玛利亚的最佳处理为多效唑30~50 mg/L,康利16的最佳处理为PBO 500~750 mg/L,康利19的最佳处理为小胖墩1~2 mL/L.

In the paper, we investigated the hypocotyl length, first internode length, stem diameter, and the length and width of cotyledon and true leaf after the materials grew 20 days, by taking Maria, Kangli 16 and Kangli 19 as materials, to study the effects of different concentrations of plant growth regulators paclobutrazol, cycocel, Xiaopangdun, PBO on the growth of cucumber. The results showed that, under the test conditions, the best treatments for Maria, Kangli 16 and Kangli 19 were paclobutrazol with concentration of 30-50 mg/L, PBO with concentration of 500-750 mg/L and Xiaopangdun with concentration of 1-2 mL/L, respectively.
