以草石蚕为试材,研究了不同浓度萘乙酸(NAA)处理对草石蚕扦插效果的影响.试验结果表明,在试验浓度范围内,各NAA浓度处理可促进草石蚕扦插苗的生根及生长,且随着NAA浓度的增加,其根长、根数、根鲜质量、根干质量、株高和根系活力均呈先上升后下降的趋势,其中以浓度为700 mg/L的NAA处理效果最好.
以草石蠶為試材,研究瞭不同濃度萘乙痠(NAA)處理對草石蠶扢插效果的影響.試驗結果錶明,在試驗濃度範圍內,各NAA濃度處理可促進草石蠶扢插苗的生根及生長,且隨著NAA濃度的增加,其根長、根數、根鮮質量、根榦質量、株高和根繫活力均呈先上升後下降的趨勢,其中以濃度為700 mg/L的NAA處理效果最好.

In the paper, we studied the effects of different concentrations of naphthylacetic acid (NAA) on the growth of cutting seedlings of Stachys sieboldii Miq.. The results showed that all the tested NAA treatments could improve the root formation and growth of cutting seedlings of S. sieboldii Miq.. And as the concentration of NAA increased, the root length, root number, root fresh weight, root dry weight, stem height and root activity of S. sieboldii Miq. rose first, and then fell, and 700 mg/L NAA was the best for the growth of S. sieboldii Miq. cutting seedlings in this experiment.
