甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒防治蔬菜甜菜夜蛾田间药效试验结果表明,300亿PIB/g甜菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒对甜菜夜蛾有较好的防治效果,且持效期较长,同时可节本增收,对天敌、作物、环境无不良影响,但药效较慢,建议在害虫发生高峰期配合高效低毒低残留农药使用.

In the paper, we studied the control effect of Spodoptera exigua multicapsid nucleopolyhedrovirus against S. exigua in vegetable fields. The results showed that, 3.0×1010 PIB/g S. exigua multicapsid nucleopolyhedrovirus possessed better control effect on S. exigua and longer functioning duration and had no harmful effect on natural enemies, crops and environment, but it worked slowly, so it could be used with high-efficiency, low-toxicity and less persistent pesticides at the peak occourence period of S. exigua.
