制度经济学、呼吁、退出和忠诚理论与转变参与理论,为我们进一步理解马克思主义大众化的理论和现实提供了一个崭新的视角.各级政府应对社会公众在改革过程中出现的各种呼吁和期盼给予及时有效的回应,并以此取得广大人民群众对改革的理解与支持;同时也要为社会公众从对私人利益的关注转向对社会公平正义的关注创造良好的社会政治环境.在渐进改革背景下推进当代马克思主义大众化必须营造一个良好的外在舆论环境,要借助于现代化的传媒路径实现传播方式的创新,要正确处理好应然与实然的关系,要将推进当代马克思主义大众化与进一步推进改革开放结合起来.

@@@@ Institutional Economics, Hirschman’s theory of voice, exit and loyalty and the theory of shifting involve?ments provide us with a new point of view to understand the necessity of the modern Marxism popularization dur?ing the transitional period. The government should make an objective response to the people’s voice and loyalty so that people can truly understand, accept and support the reform. At the same time, the government should provide a good social and political condition for people’s shifting involvements from private interest to social equity and justice. Furthermore, to accelerate the popularization of the modern Marxism during transitional period, we must provide a good external consensus environment and make an innovation of mode of diffusion by using modern mass media. We must handle appropriately the relationship between“should be”and“what be”. In addition, we must make a close connection between the popularization of modern Marxism and the promotion of the reform and open?ness.
