采用传统氧化物法制备NiZn铁氧体材料,考察了添加锂铁氧体LiFe5O8对NiZn铁氧体材料电磁性能的影响.实验表明,添加少量LiFe5O8可以提高NiZn铁氧体材料的烧结密度、起始磁导率和品质因数Q,但是过高的烧结温度会造成材料的晶粒过度生长,从而 Q 值下降;当 LiFe5O8的添加量为5wt%、烧结温度为1060℃时,制备的材料具有较高的起始磁导率和Q值.

Conventional oxide ceramic method was used to prepare NiZn ferrites, and effect of LiFe5O8 dopant on their magnetic properties was studied. The experimental results showed that a small amount of LiFe5O8 dopant improves the sintering density, initial permeability and the quality factor Q of the prepared material, but too high sintering temperature results in excessive grain growth and the Q value is deteriorated. The prepared material with an amount of LiFe5O8 dopant of 5wt%has relatively high initial permeability and high Q value.
