采用固相烧结法制备抗电磁干扰锰锌铁氧体,研究了材料起始磁导率的减落.结果表明,晶格中Fe2+含量越高,起始磁导率的减落因数DF越大;居里温度越高,材料的减落因数DF越大.抗电磁干扰系列锰锌铁氧体材料的起始磁导率的减落系数d与材料起始磁导率大小有关.
採用固相燒結法製備抗電磁榦擾錳鋅鐵氧體,研究瞭材料起始磁導率的減落.結果錶明,晶格中Fe2+含量越高,起始磁導率的減落因數DF越大;居裏溫度越高,材料的減落因數DF越大.抗電磁榦擾繫列錳鋅鐵氧體材料的起始磁導率的減落繫數d與材料起始磁導率大小有關.

Samples of anti-electromagnetic interference(EMI) Mn-Zn ferrite were prepared by solid-phase sintering method, and the disaccomodation of initial permeability was studied. The results indicate that the disaccomodation factor increases as a result of increase of Fe2+ content in the spinel crystal lattice, and higher Curie temperature results in higher disaccomodation factor DF. The disaccomodation coefficient d of anti-EMI Mn-Zn ferrite is dependent on its initial permeability.
