以党的十八大精神引领高校辅导员职业道德建设,对于加强和改进大学生思想政治工作,提高高等教育质量具有十分重要的意义.加强辅导员职业道德建设,应坚持乐教敬业、育人为本、率先垂范原则,把握坚定理想、忠诚事业,敬业爱生、为人师表,诚实守信、服务育人,服务社会、廉洁自律等基本要求.

It is of great significance to strengthen and improve university students’ ideological and political work and enhance the quality of higher education that the construction of university political instructors’ profes-sional morality be guided by the spirit of the 18th national congress of CPC .The following principles and basic de-mands should be adhered in this construction loyalty and devotion to education ,cultivation - orientation ,setting example to students ,firm ideal ,taking good care of students ,honesty and self - discipline ,service education , social services and disinterestedness .
