高校思想政治工作要牢牢把握“转化”的本质要求,实现三个转变:在施教主体上,由专职辅导转向全体员工;在目标取向上,从重视在校效果转向重视持久效果;在实施方式上,由单向传递、理论教育转向双向交流、实践引导,不断增强大学生思想政治工作的实效性.

“Conversion” is the essential attribute of university students’ ideological and political work , which contains the three main parts of the activity as the aim ,the subject and the methods and also the basic de-mands .Now there exist problems as laying stress on qualified students education ,but belittling builder successors education ,considering full - time counseling important ,but thinking the education of all the staff unimportant and setting store by positive and theoretical education ,but making light to equal interaction and introduction of prac-tice .All these problems should be solved by way of conversion ,so that better achievements can be attained in this work .
