以寒地黑土为研究对象,设置四种耕作方式:传统耕作(TT),免耕(NT),免耕秸秆覆盖(NTS),少耕秸秆覆盖(MTS),研究耕层深度、轮作方式、季节变化对土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、酸性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性的影响.结果表明,四种酶均表现为0~10>10~20>20~30 cm,在0~10 cm土层MTS的酶活性显著高于其他处理;不同保护性耕作方式下,除了过氧化氢酶外,土壤三种水解酶均表现玉米-玉米-大豆(CCS)>大豆-玉米-玉米(SCC);相同轮作方式下,脲酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶的酶活性均表现夏季>秋季,而酸性磷酸酶的酶活性在秋季较高.

This study was conducted with black soil in cold area by four tillage methods including traditional tillage (TT), no tillage (NT), no-tillage with straw cover (NTS), minimum tillage with straw mulch (MTS) to study the effects of soil depth, rotation pattern and seasonal variation on soil enzyme activities including urease, invertase, acid phosphatase, and catalase). The result was as follow: the statistically significant higher activity of urease, invertase, acid phosphatase, and catalase were measured between 0 and 10 cm soil layer compared to other soil depths, and that of the MTS treatment was higher than that of other tillage method treaments. Except for catalase other three soil hydrolase showed the same trend: corn-corn-soybean (CCS) ration cropping was higher than that of soybean-corn-corn (SCC) rotation cropping. Activities of urease, invertase and catalase in summer were higher than that in autumn in the same rotation pattern, and acid phosphatase was opposite.
