以稻秆为原料,厌氧发酵后剩余的沼液为接种物,在中温35℃的条件下,采用批式发酵试验,研究接种量分别为40、80、120 g 3个处理对其产气特性的影响.结果表明,适量的接种物可以提高消化系统的缓冲能力,有利于产气高峰提前,同时对稻秆的降解有促进作用.其中接种量为80 g的总产气量最高,为3452 mL;TS产气量达到256.27 mL·g-1;分别比接种量为40和120 g的试验组高93.71%和15.14%.

Using rice straw as raw material and the biogas slurry as inoculum, a batch fermentation test was operated at inoculum weight of 40 g, 80 g and 120 g. Characteristics of biogas production were studied, and the results showed that: the appropriate amount of inoculum could improve the buffering capacity of the digestive system, was conducive to the gas production peak ahead, and simultaneously had a role in promoting the degradation of rice straw. The highest total gas production was reached at inoculum weight of 80 g and was 3 452 mL. TS biogas production reached 256.27 mL·g-1, 93.71%and 15.14%higher than that of 40 g and 120 g, respectively.
