对河北省白洋淀地区“淀中村”垃圾堆周边土壤硝化速率和呼吸速率变化进行研究,旨在分析农村生活垃圾长期露天堆放对土壤生物理化特性的影响.结果表明垃圾堆周边土壤理化性质发生明显改变,TN、TP、氨态氮、TOC含量明显增加,硝化速率和呼吸速率随之发生变化.试验对距离垃圾堆0~60 m范围内土壤进行取样分析,发现0 m处土壤的硝化速率和呼吸速率分别是对照的9.42倍和4.33倍.随着与垃圾堆距离的增加,土壤中氨态氮和TOC的含量逐渐降低,硝化速率和呼吸速率也呈下降趋势.数据分析表明,土壤硝化速率和呼吸速率呈正相关,并且二者与氨态氮和TOC含量变化相关性显著.

Nitrification rates and respiratory rates in soil around garbage dump in Baiyangdian, Hebei Province was investigated in order to understand the effects of long-term open-air garbage piling on the rural soil. The results showed that the physical and chemical properties of soil around garbage dump changed a lot. The contents of TN, TP, ammonia nitrogen and TOC in soil increased significantly, as a result the nitrification rate and respiration rate changed with them. Soil samples range from 0 to 60 m were analyzed. It was found that nitrification rates and respiration rates in 0 m soil were respectively 9.42 times and 4.33 times of the contrast. With the increasing of the distance to the trash, ammonium and TOC content decreased, also did the nitrification rates and respiration rates. Data analysis showed that the nitrification rates and respiratory rates were significantly related, and positively correlated respectively with the content of ammonia nitrogen and TOC.
