采用模拟酸雨喷淋方法,研究了重度酸雨(pH 2.5)、中度酸雨(pH 4.0)和对照(pH 5.6)处理下,不同季节石栎(Lithocarpus glabra Thunb.)植株生长、叶片相对叶绿素含量与叶绿素荧光特性的差异.结果表明,模拟酸雨胁迫下石栎植株的叶绿素含量(SPAD)、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/Fo)、株高和地径的变化趋势均为:对照(CK)>中度酸雨>重度酸雨,而对石栎植株的光化学淬灭系数(qP)和非光化学淬灭系数(qN)影响差异不显著.说明石栎在无酸或微酸条件下具有良好的适应性,并能促进其生长;而在强酸的条件下石栎植株的适应性较差.
採用模擬痠雨噴淋方法,研究瞭重度痠雨(pH 2.5)、中度痠雨(pH 4.0)和對照(pH 5.6)處理下,不同季節石櫟(Lithocarpus glabra Thunb.)植株生長、葉片相對葉綠素含量與葉綠素熒光特性的差異.結果錶明,模擬痠雨脅迫下石櫟植株的葉綠素含量(SPAD)、PSⅡ最大光化學效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ潛在活性(Fv/Fo)、株高和地徑的變化趨勢均為:對照(CK)>中度痠雨>重度痠雨,而對石櫟植株的光化學淬滅繫數(qP)和非光化學淬滅繫數(qN)影響差異不顯著.說明石櫟在無痠或微痠條件下具有良好的適應性,併能促進其生長;而在彊痠的條件下石櫟植株的適應性較差.

A pot experiment was conducted to study the growth and leaf chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of Lithocarpus glabra in different seasons under simulated acid rain stress (heavy stress, pH 2.5;moderate stress, pH 4.0;and control pH 5.6). The results showed that trends of the leaf relative chlorophyll content (SPAD), maximum PSⅡphotochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm), PSⅡpotential activity (Fv/Fo), plant height and stem diameter in different acid rain stress were pH 5.6(CK)>pH4.0>pH 2.5, but lesser effects on qP and qN. The results indicated that Lithocarpus glabra had better adaptability under the lower acidic forcing which promoted its growth and had poor adaptability under higher acidic forcing conditions.
