Min pig%hybrid%performance%carcass characteristic
选择不同比例民猪血统(民猪血统比例为1,1/2,1/4,1/8,0)的商品仔猪60头,在同一营养水平下,研究民猪血统对生长肥育猪生产性能和胴体特性的影响.结果表明,民猪与引入猪种杂交后,含不同比例民猪血统的杂种猪各阶段生产性能均显著高于民猪(P<0.05).综合考虑平均日增重和料肉比,生产性能表现的优劣顺序为:杜×大长猪、1/8民猪、1/4民猪、1/2民猪和民猪.结果显示,试猪在100 kg左右屠宰,1/2民猪、1/4民猪、1/8民猪的瘦肉率分别比民猪提高3.70%,7.23%和11.85%.眼肌面积分别提高32.35%,58.56%和57.79%,背部4点平均膘厚分别降低6.55%,17.38%和21.66%.杜×大长猪的生产性能和胴体特性与民猪及含民猪血统的杂种猪差异显著(P<0.05),随民猪血统比例的增加,杂种猪的屠宰率、瘦肉率和眼肌面积逐渐降低,背部4点平均膘厚、板油率和皮下脂肪率则逐渐增加.

Sixty different commercial pigs hybriding with different Min pig consanguinity (1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 0) were used to reveal the effect of different consanguinity in Min pigs on performance and carcass characteristics of growing-finishing pigs fed with the same nutritive level. The result showed that the performance of 1/2,1/4,1/8 Min pigs was significantly higher than that of the purebred Min pigs (P<0.05). Considering the ADG and feed efficiency, the rank from high to low was D×(Y×L), 1/8 Min pig, 1/4 Min pig , 1/2 Min pig, and purebred Min pig group. For the 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 Min pig groups, the lean percentage was higher than purebred Min pigs by 3.70%, 7.23%, 11.85%, respectively. The loin area was higher by 32.35%, 58.56%, 57.79%, respectively, and the backfat thickness was lower by 6.55%, 17.38%, 21.66%%, respectively. In all, there was significant difference of performance and carcass characteristics between D × (Y × L) and purebred Min pigs or hybrid of Min pigs (P<0.05). With the increase of Min pigs' blood, the slaughter percentage, lean percentage and loin area decreased, and average backfat thickness, subcutaneous fat percentage and leaf fat percentage were increased.
