试验选择15月龄产蛋末期绿壳蛋鸡120羽,采用单因素设计,随机分为4处理组,每组3个重复,每个重复10羽.处理Ⅰ为基础日粮,处理Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ分别添加脱脂林蛙卵粉量为0.5%、1.0%和1.5%,预试验期7 d,试验期为30 d,分别于试验开始第10、20和30天采集样品,分析统计器官指数(卵巢与体重之比值)、血清中雌二醇(E2)及卵泡刺激素(FSH)两种雌激素的水平.结果表明,0.5%剂量添加脱脂林蛙卵粉试验组卵巢器官指数及血清中E2及FSH激素水平均高于对照组(P<0.05).可见通过适量添加脱脂林蛙卵粉,对产蛋末期蛋鸡卵巢功能的衰退有一定延缓作用.

The experiment was conducted to study the effect of defatted frog eggs on ovarian function and to explore the suitable adding amount. A total of 120 15-months-old black- feather green-shell silkie were randomly assigned to four groups with three replicates in each group and each replicate contained 10 silkies. The first treatment was basal diet, the rest of three treatments were added Rana ovum 0.5%, 1.0%, and 1.5%, respectively. The trial lasted for 7 d for adaptation and 30 d for sampling. At the 10 th, 20 th and 30 th day; collected the samples, recorded number of lay egg, and analyzed ovarian organ index, the quantity of estrogen estradiol(E2) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)in serum. The results showed that the ovarian organ index and estrogen of treatment added Rana ovum 0.5% were obviously more than that in the control group (P<0.05). Therefore, defatted frog eggs played a role in improving the ovarian function in the last stage of laying.
