为了研究东农冬麦1号抗寒特性,寻找东农冬麦1号越冬最佳土壤水分含量,以冬麦东农冬麦1号、冬麦济麦22和春麦龙麦26三种不同抗寒性小麦品种为材料,从三叶期开始对其进行17%~20%、22%~25%、30%、32%~35%和37%~40%五种不同土壤含水量处理,测定各处理组小麦叶片的生理生化指标变化及返青率.结果表明,随着温度的降低,东农冬麦1号叶片POD和SOD活性、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量及返青率明显高于济麦22和龙麦26,而相对电导率则明显低于济麦22和龙麦26.在22%~25%土壤水分含量处理下,3个小麦品种POD和SOD活性、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量及返青率与其他处理相比处于较高水平,相对电导率最低.

In order to study the property of cold-resistance of Dongnongdongmai1 and find the best soil water content for overwintering, three different varieties of wheat (Dongnongdongmai1, Jimai22, Longmai26) were selected as materials. They were treated with different soil water content (17%-20%, 22%-25%, 30%, 32%-35%, 37%-40%) from three leaf period. Then several physiological and biochemical characteristics of leaf and overwinter survival rate were detected. The results showed that peroxidase (POD) activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, soluble sugars, proline, soluble protein content and overwinter survival rate of Dongnongdongmai1 were higher than those of Jimai22 and Longmai26. Relative electric conductivity of Dongnongdongmai1 were lower than those of Jimai22 and Longmai26. The indices which were detected were higher except overwinter survival rate that was lower than other treatment under soil water content of 22%-25%.
